Never again
The site hasn´t been working for days now... Just a couple of days before the exam. I tried to contact them via phone and was waiting and waiting but nobody picked up. I wrote several e-mails but no answer either (just the standard answer that they give to all "valued customers"). This provider is definitely not worth the money.

The website has been down so often and…
The website has been down so often and so frequently I had time to really think about this review. First about the issue-the website has been down almost daily for the past 2-3 months. All that money spent on Mocks and QBanks? Might aswell flush it down the toilet because the probability of ever finishing a question set is next 0. Worst customer service The website goes down most frequently and for the longest on weekend. Of course Kaplan's is does not work on weekends (I would be surprised if anyone there ever works). But at least you can reach them mid week if you have about 1 to 2 hours to wait in a holding queue to then be told "Sorry we are working on it and it won't happen again". Timing of website crashes The website is crashing MORE often the closer you get to the exam date. All your mocks,qbanks or any other question sets there is a 90% you will be booted out in the middle of never to see your score or eval again. Hours wasted. DO NOT GO WITH KAPLAN. They are the worst provider of study materials I have ever dealt with. Can't wait for the bot (Jenny) to give me the usual response. If it doesn't crap out like their website.

Site hasn’t worked for a couple weeks…
Site hasn’t worked for a couple weeks now. Can’t do quizzes or access exams. Do not pay this much money for Kaplan.

Expect the website to crash when you need it most.
During the main crunch period of revision prior to he CFA the website was down a considerable amount of the time and when it was working it is could just go down at any time. Considering the significant cost paid for this provider this isn't right. P.S. Kaplan please spare me a copy and pasted answer like given on numerous replies below if you actual consider me a valuable customer.

Highly disappointing - website not working
Bought the Kaplan Schweser CFA package for the CFA Lvl 1 - I am currently struggling to stay on schedule for the exam given that the website is not working properly. The questionnaires and exams are constantly loading but tend to show errors most of the time. While the content may be of high quality, this fact provides little comfort given that the content is not accessible most of the time.

Site is always down
Enough is enough. Kaplan is not able to function. We can no longer afford to take the risk to pay them such high fee's, only for them to be down during crucial periods. They clearly do not care. It is time to switch to other providers that never have these issues such as Mark Meldrum!

COUGH UP THE MONEY AND UPGRADE YOUR SERVERS AND HOSTING
Your testing/materials website is down more often than not. As someone finalizing their study prep, this occurring ONE WEEK before the exam is entirely inexcusable. As a test prep provider, you are actually responsible for hours and hours of vital studying not occurring. COUGH UP THE MONEY AND UPGRADE YOUR SERVERS AND HOSTING
