Our small school has been using SchoolStore for years now
Our school has been using SchoolStore for fundraising for the past few years, and I cannot believe how easy it is. The kids love the prizes, and those cute little huggers generate a lot of excitement. It is so easy for family and friends to participate without spending a lot of money. And the SchoolStore representatives are so helpful to ensure that your fundraiser operates smoothly. As long as I am in the Parent Teacher League, we will be using them!

School Store is awesome!
School Store is one of the easiest fundraisers a school can use. I have had the pleasure of being the coordinator for this fundraiser for my school for the last 4 years and every person I have dealt with has been professional, helpful, and friendly. The students get excited about and love the participation prizes they receive. The teachers are thrilled to receive gift cards to purchase items for their classrooms with no cost to them. The school benefits from this program as a fund builds up. Receiving that check is a gift that we can use to provide something extra for our school. I highly recommend any school to contact School Store to hear more about their awesome fundraising opportunity.

A fundraiser worth your time
This fundraiser requires minimal effort and is so easy to implement. There is great support from the company to assist with kicking off it off and throughout the process. Our teachers love the option for families to purchase gift cards for classroom/teaching items. We are a small private school and fundraisers like these are essential for us to be able to continue to thrive.

This fundraiser is the EASIEST one I have ever done! Little to no time or effort is needed. The kids LOVE the participation prizes and get very excited. It gives the teachers an opportunity to purchase "wish list" item for their classrooms, which they love.

Only 33 percent of your donations goes to class
Most people did not get the main scam! Forget about pressure techniques and the silly prize competition. Here is the biggest problem and I ask them to correct me: The gift card you buy for classroom is only good for their online shop. Their prices? I just checked: 3 times of Amazon and Walmart. So each $300 donation you make. 100 goes to class and 200 to the company!!!! Question for school store… Can teacher use gift cards to directly buy from Walmart, Amazon or any retail store? Why are you charging $49 for a paint me item that Walmart has it for $16? People. Donate directly to your teacher or buy from Amazon
Response from SchoolStoreFeb 22, 2023
Thank you for your comment. For over 40 years, we have partnered with schools across America to help them raise more than $200,000,000 to purchase supplies and essential learning tools for their classrooms. When you make a donation, 100% of the donation goes to the students teacher. The teacher then can use their gift cards to purchase items they need from our Caring For Classrooms store. When you purchase items from SchoolStore.com or purchase from one of our many Online Merchants (Walmart, Kohls, Home Depot. Etc.) a percentage of sales goes back to your student’s school. In order to give the teacher 100% of the donation, we must charge the full retail price of the products we offer. Some products can be found cheaper on Amazon, but we have invested in creating a program that provides a means for every teacher to have funds available to purchase needed items.
