I cant begin to compliment the quality of the learning exoerience, the staff, the students.

School of Motion has great courses for the best learning experience. I do not know a better way to learn Motion Graphics.

Super Mega School!!!!

School Of Motion has been an integral part of my career. I've been not just been able to learn new skills but also scale my freelance Motion Design business thanks to the wonderful nurturing community that never stops surprising.

I am so grateful for School of Motion When I was first diagnosed with throat cancer, I thought my life was over. I was a teacher in High School, College, and a tutor. I lost my voice with a total laryngectomy. I was a motion graphic artist who thought he was good. However, after the surgery,I could not get any work in Motion Graphics. My animations where not good. God told me to go back to school, but to do it online, not for a degree, but to learn. I found the 30 days of After Effects on YouTube and loved it. So, I decided to take some course. I started with the Advanced Design course and I learned so much from it. The instruction is top notch, but what I really needed was the assignments and the corrections the teacher assistants gave. The homework and corrections are worth my computers weight in gold. I ended up taking 6 course and I am currently doing the Rigging Academy. I have recently been working on an independent film as a junior editor and effects artist. I did my churches video announcements for over 2 years now. And I am currently working on my own web-series. I thank God for School of Motion and I recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the field.

School of Motion is the first place of a brick and mortar or online school that actually taught the principles of animation along side exercises. I’ve taken a lot of their classes and have had mixed reactions of different classes. Joey, Sanders and Eyedesign have the best classes. Well informed, motivating and well worth the money. In the scripting class I wasn’t able to get the intro classes script to work and it was very disheartening. I found the character animators class to lack enthusiasm. I love the feedback sessions with TA’s but the only gripe would be that sometimes TAs felt competitive or showed favorites. My recommendation would be to get a masters level C4D class and other high level classes. Have SoM be treated like any other school so students can get student discount rates from companies like Adobe, Maxon, SideFX etc. I’m always a fan! Best.

I've been through a few School of Motion courses and the learning experience is always amazing. The courses are a mix of solid knowledge provided by experienced teachers, engaging and fun assignments with useful feedback from TAs and a lot of inspiration. Courses are intensive, but the time and effort invested really pay off. I love the combination of the course having a specific timeframe and deadlines – it keeps me motivated – with the lifetime access to the content, so I can always get back to it and review. I would recommend anyone who wants to pursue career in motion start here.

Great learning experience!
