Brian, I saw your case and read all the emails and saw the timing, according to that you placed normal standard order and we sent you the reservation document in the next 19 to 20 hours, not after 24 hours please calculate the timing on your end as well. We always try our best to serve our customers as soon as possible.

Thanks for using our services, secondly to accomplish your destination exact requirements we have to add transits because sometimes the same airlines do not go directly to that destination. Hope you understand and we love to see you in future as well :-)
