This service is not valid- the visa officials told us you need a real ticket with invoice and payment proof. This company shows a reservation and thats it. Do not use it.

Vishnu first of all thanks for using our service. Secondly, on our website, it is clearly stated that we are providing flight reservations, not actual tickets, and if you are buying a flight reservation worth $25 so that doesn't mean we are providing you an actual ticket it's very common sense. You should be aware of that what your embassy needs and requirements are, you ordered a flight reservation and we provided you a verifiable flight reservation on time and which is called a valid and legit service. Hope we answered your question.
