I have exchanged email with you guys at lease 5 times to fix typo on my ticket reservation. The typo is ridiculous: my return flight is in Oct, the date show was July. Then i got a new one with the date missing. Next i got a new one with the date but a missing right parenthese. How could this ever happen, is your reservation fake? When i asked for a refund, your customer service sends me a link of your refund policy. I have been using your service for several years and I'm surprised How fast your quality deteriorates.
