ScheelsReviews of scheels.com

This was our first time in a Scheels store and we were speechless, i have to admit cabelas and basspro have been blown out of the water. We spend over 3 hours just looking before we damaged our budget. 😅😅 Thank God there isn't one in San Antonio.

Archery shop in Mankato store is A one!!

Do not do business with s heels! They deserve no stars for rating! I made a purchase and returned same package and no tags removed they said they couldn’t issue a refund because I canceled original card due to fraud they said only thing they can do is give me gift card such bs!

I order and they cancel 5 minutes later. I've been trying to order for 2 days and they canceled it every time. Very amateur company. Think 5 times before shopping. I hope i can get my money back

Looking at the negative reviews, I wonder what the company's side of the story is on them. My experience has been AMAZING. We are going on a trek from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp in a few months. We were acknowledged the minute we walked into The Colony location, found a department manager, Ivory who has gone out of her way to help us, even giving us status update e-mails every Monday. She has worked with The North Face team members (This was the brand recommended by our tour company) to get us everything we will needed. Some is in stock, some will come in August in time for our trip. I cannot say enough about the level of personal customer service. Simply OUTSTANDING!

Quite possibly the stupidest company with I have ever dealt. I ordered a number of t-shirts and the quickly cancelled the order. I called to ask "why?" and the 1st person had no idea, but told me "we'll do ahead and push it through. you should get a confirmation message in an hour". At the end of the day (no confirmation), so I called to check and was told "our system automatically cancelled it because the IP address it detected was different than your shipping/billing address. BEYOND using a VPN (standard for most people now) but relying on getting an IP address from any ISP and trying to use THAT to verify identity is the stupidest BS I have ever heard (hell, it would be stupid in the 90's, but NOW - it's brain dead). I don't care if it's customer service, their bosses or the executive level, but any company this incompetent if ONE TO AVOID!

I wish you could give zero stars, awful customer service, owners and managers with complete disregard to LAWS, things need to change, disgusting behaviour

Scheels treats disabled people like garbage, kicking them out for having highly trained service animals.
