The delivery that you picked was horrible .

I received two Christmas gifts (a quarter zip pullover and a pair of gloves) that were purchased at Sheels. I liked both gifts, but needed to exchange the gifts for a larger size. Once I got to the store (Sioux City, IA), I easily located a sales clerk (I want to say the Clerk's name is Hunter). I explained what I wanted to do and the clerk walked with me to the customer service counter. In about 60 seconds the clerk, along with another clerk working at the customer service counter, made the necessary arrangements to return my gifts and ordered the correct size for both gifts. I was very pleased with the convenience of making a return at Sheels and their eagerness and efficiency to assist me. It was a pleasant experience and I will definitely continue to shop at Sheels!
