Rubbish takes 5 hours to melt no smell put it in bin wast of money don’t know what all the fuss it absolute rubbish got right everything a fortune don’t buy this crap

Also so ein Schrott habe ich lange nicht gesehen und zu solchen Wucherpreisen hätte mehr Qualität erwartet... Fassung mit Kabel und Schalter Rotz. Meine Frau hat sich eine Lampe Frosted Mistletoe Mit Wachs und Lampen (Orange) warm geholt. Das Ding angekommen Fassung in das Kerzenglas gesteckt Birne rein angeschlossen.... Buff Sicherung zu Hause durchgeknallt hat mir meine abgesicherte Kabelleiste zerlegt die 10A Sicherungen 2 Stück. Die Lampe ist Geplatzt überall Splitter.... Zum K o t z e n.... habe dann probiert im Badezimmer am An/ Aus Schalter ist ein Fetter Kurzschluss drin .... knistert drin wenn man am Kabel wackelt und die Lampe geht An und Aus. Durch sowas kann man sich die Bude abfackeln. Ach ja die Birnen die geliefert worden sind viel zu groß Glas für das Wachs passt nicht auf die Kerze. Zur Blume mit dem Duft im Flackon das die Blume aufnimmt.... Blume ist vollgesaugt Düften tut da nix im Zimmer außer ich gehe mit der Nase direkt an die Blume. Sollte man schon etwas im Zimmer riechen wenn das Teil 3 Tage vollgesaugt im Zimmer steht. Bin enttäuscht.... bessergesagt fühle mich verarscht... Rede hier von meiner Frau..... Definitiv nie wieder Scentsy.... Qualität oder das was damit geworben wird passt nicht und die Preise sind auch nicht gerade ohne da erwartet man etwas mehr.....So eine Lampe Sorry mache ich fürs max 10€ wenn ich die Lampe anschaue. Der Wachs ist ok meine Frau benutzt ihn mit einem Kerzenglas für ehterische Öle das etwas höher ist das Duftet gut auch nicht zu intensiv. Einzigste Positive hier. Bitte bessere Qualitätssicherung betreiben....solche Kurzschlüsse verursachen Brände.... vllt besser an andere Besitzer auch wenn alles in Moment Ok ist steckt es aus der Steckdose wenn ihr nicht zu Hause seid. Oder NUR?! Ein Einzelfall?!

I used to like this company. Yes it is overpriced but they have unique wax warmers. Ordered in October 2024 and had my order shipped to the warehouse but I missed the ONE email that went to my junk to let me know my order was in, so they cancelled my order and took a 10% restocking fee to show me how much they appreciate my business. No matter how much I tell them this is not good customer service they just robotically repeat their stupid policy and could really care less. Never again. Paid $20 for the lesson.

I used to purchase from Scentsy quite a lot, and recently decided to order a few bits again, which were out of stock I emailed to ask when they would be having more stock, and had no reply at all! They clearly don’t need my business !

Da legt man sich eine Lampe in den Warenkorb und geht zur Kasse während man den Bezahlvorgang startet fliegt im Bezahlvorgang die Lampe aus dem Warenkorb weil diese jetzt ausverkauft ist. Weil es bei denen ewig dauert bis man weitergeleitet wird. So ein Rotzverein, wenn die drin sind sollten die als reserviert oder verkauft zählen wenn man unterm Bezahlen ist. So ein Betrügerischer Verein alles Verbrecher.

I’ve been a scentsy customer for at least 15 years. I totally loved my house smelling beautiful but have noticed the past couple of years the quality is poor, all their products don’t hold the same smell for long. I used to be able to get a good 5 days from one wax melt but lucky to have 2 now… same for the car deodorisers, only last a couple of days then nothing. I suspect they have changed the formula to have you buying more and giving their customers less. I’ve switched now to another brand which is giving me far more time on the wax melts than my once beloved scentsy does.

Their quality has gone downhill and their exchange policies rip people off. Any other store I can take my receipt and return or exchange an item for free, but at Scentsy, when they sell you a defective and poorly designed product, they charge you an additional $10 to send back their garbage. When people are buying products based on the seasonal flyers your consultants are using, you should have to disclose that the warmer doesn't actually light up or work as intended, and since you didn't do that, I don't understand how you can financially rape people for your terrible warmer.
