Extremely dissappointed with my experience this time around. I have purchased from them in the past with complete satisfaction. I was very happy with the level of scent their room sprays gave off but definitely not this time around. They lose scent within 10 minutes of spraying them. I called customer service to ask for a refund and was denied. They offered an exchange but I had to pay the shipping cost of $18 AGAIN. It would have cost me $40 in shipping for a $13 product. They sent a link to leave a review and low and behold the link did not work. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again.

It is a terrible company. My new warmer came defective ( all the frosted finish coming off). They claim that is normal and won't do anything about it. My club bars are 7 years old. I just recieved my club and I complained that a few were poured in 2019. They offered to send me fresh and again they sent me 7 year old bars. The customer service is the worst. I can no longer purchase from such a terrible company. I used to purchase so much but the quality and customer service is the absolute worst now. Ashame.

Received a shock from this candle warmer lightbulb placement. Unsafe.

Ich bin seit kurzen Kunde bei Scentsy und bin mit dem Produkten und meiner Beraterin sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein bisschen teurer aber dafür auch langlebig.

Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Produkte auch ok. Kann mich nicht beklagen.

Ich finde Scentsy Klasse. Habe schon mehrere Lampen sowie Buddys und Duftblumen. Finde es super das es immer wieder zwischendurch neue Düfte im Wechsel dazu kommen. Da ist für jeden was dabei.

Ich habe mit meiner Beraterin Franzi sehr viel Glück. Sie macht diesen Job mit so viel Leidenschaft und das spiegelt sich immer in unseren Paketen wieder. Die Scentsy Produkte finde ich sehr schön und der Duft riecht auch sehr lange. Klar sind die Lampen teurer als eine Duftkerze aber die Lampen habe ich auch noch in 20 Jahren. Eine Kerze nicht.

Tolle Produkte. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Tolle Beraterin ☺️
