I have been a Scentsy customer for years. I always thought the cost of postage was far too expensive and sometimes the delays in delivery are not acceptable but thought the products were worth it. Lately the waxes smell nothing like described and all very same ish. The warmers are massively overpriced and some not good quality. The biggest con is having to join the club to continue getting any items that they decide to discontinue! Wouldn’t mind but generally they bring them back at some point. There are so many companies that offer much better waxes with prices and postage that are very reasonable. Time to move on

I order Scentsy frequently through Andrea Hatch. She is always grateful and the products are amazing. It's worth paying a little more than you do at Walmart for the cheaper products and they last much longer. I love the bars and warmers.

Finger weg! Pyramidensystem!

About a year and a half ago I bought a wall fan diffuser, it was on sale, so I was finally able to purchase one too. What a nice thing and wonderful fragrance! In December I had the wall fan diffuser on for about half an hour when out of nowhere there came a loud bang and I was left in the dark. Diffuser burned out and the earth leakage circuit breaker tripped. Since Scentsy promises a lifetime warranty on their website, I contacted my consultant. However, Scentsy was closed for the holidays, so it wasn't until early this year that she could arrange it. Because this wall fan diffuser was no longer available, I was allowed to select something else worth 29 euros. Unfortunately, anything else for an additional charge was not allowed, so I ultimately chose a mini warmer and a body mist, so that I came to exactly 29 euros. They are now suddenly backtracking on that, I can only choose another wall fan diffuser worth 29 euros, which they don't even have! Now I have to return it (which is not a problem) and my consultant will receive a credit of 29 euros. They are beyond reason and do not adhere to their own 'lifetime replacement warranty'. I'll pick out some wax worth 29 euros sometime and then I'll never order anything from them again. --- “Lifetime replacement warranty Scentsy products come with a lifetime replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product is damaged during shipment from Scentsy, has a manufacturing defect, or has an electronic problem, it may be returned to your independent consultant for repair or replacement without any time limit."

I've been a Scentsy customer for many years and love their products. For Christmas I received some items that I wasn't particularly fond of and wanted to return them and use whatever credit they determined to buy things I actually wanted and could use. Their offices were closed for the holidays, so I contacted them when they returned. I was told "sorry, we don't do that." Now I have 4 unwanted items in a box for donation to Goodwill and will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Such a disappointment!!
