ScentRabbit did not disappoint 👏 I was totally happy with my purchase. It's a legitimate company.I was happy I paid much less for my cologne then had I purchased it from an upscale retail store. Thank you for your service.

I was a bit nervous being a first time buyer but I couldn't be happier with the product and the company. Boadicea the victorious tabacco sapphire is amazing. Great price and delivery was spot on. I will be back for more. Thanks scent rabbit.

The original package got lost and it took almost 3 weeks to get a replacement shipped. The customer service agent was friendly and tried his best, but the extremely long turnaround made receiving a fragrance I was really excited about become much more stressful than I expected. And that does make me less likely to come back to scentrabbit in the future

The shipment from ScentRabbit was apparently lost by UPS and I never received it. Upon learning about this, ScentRabbit graciously refunded me even though they were not responsible for the lost shipment. Their Customer Service team was very responsive to my query.
