Snow blade arrived with a damaged mounting plate. I went back to TSC where I bought the blade. TSC store manager tried to call the vendor and was hung up on three (3) times before she finally talked to someone. That person said that the warranty was void if the part(s) were removed from the box. Such nonsense. I made several calls myself and found the operators to be very rude. They refused to warranty the part. TSC opted to pay for the part so that I could actually use the blade. TSC was great! SC Autosports rude jerks.

THE ADDITION OF STEVEN AND CRAIG HAS MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MY DEALERSHIPS RELATIONSHIP. THEY ARE BOTH VERY HELPFULL AND THEY ALWAYS CALL YOU BACK WITH A ANSWER TO A PROBLEM. ALSO PARTS BEING AVAILABLE IS MUCH BETTER. THANK YOU DOUG JOHNNIE, MATTAS MOTORSPORTS.

We are a retailer. The customer we were helping attempted to get a part by calling Massimo directly as well as going through another location before contacting us. Management from my store tried calling on 4 separate occasions and was told that we would receive a call back that never happened. It took contacting our buyer and upper management to finally get a response. When the call did come Ashley was great and very informative and super helpful. Very disappointed in the level of customer service available for this product, especially given its price point.

Warranty Department was excellent in helping locate dealer to do warranty service after dealer we had purchased from sold dealership.

I have made a few purchases of parts from Sportsman Country and always get the correct part and fast service.

I ordered the part on line. My confirmation email stated the part would be shipped to me in 3-5 days. 14 days later I got a slip from Postal Service saying I need to come to one of their facilities to get the part. That facility was a 20 mile round trip. Not good.

Very helpful to fix the issues
