Can't get any one to respond to my messages or email

Part is on back order, going on 2 weeks. Staff has been polite on the phone. $4.00 part holding me up from completing my ODES rebuild motor project.... Frustrating!

not the easiest site to maneuver and fairly disappointed w the ATV I purchased. Purchased the Massino 500 this spring after being told by your customer service that there was no Benchi dealer close (found out several months later that there was one within 20 miles). which was closer than the Massino dealer. I figured this out when after 2 months had to take the atv in for repairs. I am also disappointed w the fact I cant convert the winch to a remote control because I cant find a 6 wire remote and cant download the wiring diagram for the 6 wire (was told I could convert by dealer). also the trailer hitch should be converted to either a 2 inc or 1 1/4 instead the korean 1 7/8 which you cant find a ball mount anywhere. over all not sold on the Massino.... power is not what I thought it should be even for light work on the farm

I’ve had several purchases from here, but my last purchase had incorrect sized washers and I had to dig and luckily found some of my own that would fit. Kind of expensive as well.

Seems always something has to be back ordered

The price for the item I purchased was reasonable and the shipping with within a reasonable time. When I ordered the part I was told it had a round coupler which would be a direct replacement part. The key switch received had a square coupler. When I called and ask if I could exchange it I was told the square model coupler is the only one available and I had to splice it into my existing wiring harness.

For example when I bought my MSU500 the windshield divided right in my line o= f sight and I was told you guys are working on a new one that wouldn=E2=80=99= t be in your line of sight. I got on your website and you guys wanted severa= l hundred dollars for a new windshield. In my opinion if it was a faulty par= t on your part then the owners should be notified of a recall or something s= imilar so I=E2=80=99m not out hundreds of dollars for a faulty part. Also as= far aftermarket parts I wish you carried things like lift kits, aftermarket= A-arms, quieter mufflers, and such. I=E2=80=99m very pleased with my MSU 50= 0 however it was poorly put together so I=E2=80=99ve had to go through it an= d replace several nuts, bolts, and sway arm brackets that I had to make myse= lf because hardly anything was tightened when I bought it.=20 Thanks, Danny Pryor 918-527-5996
