Ordering was easy, price was great and I received my item quick.

easy and fast shipping.

Fast shipping

I had no problem placing order but, it seemed simple enough. It was my fault that I ordered the wrong part. The return process was so slow and such an inconvenience. Emails were sent in which I did not receive a response for days. I had to send follow up emails just to make sure my initial email was received. I had to take picture of the part I wanted to return. Although it was eventually all sorted out, it was a big drawn out hassel.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff when ordering parts

I was impressed with how quickly they got the parts here. My only reservation is that they provide a tracking number with the order that does not work. I was never able to track the package until I got a call from the logistics company. If your'e going to provide a tracking number for orders, at least make it work.

Have always gotten exactly what I ordered in a timely manner.

Would of like to no I need pig tails. Easy to find and fits perfectly, and works great. Thank you!
