Horrible time getting correct parts, horrible time getting paid for the deal they cut on flooring machines we took from another dealer that stopped carrying them. Parts mix ups, fails to send call tags to return parts sent in error then charges us shipping to resend a part they sent in error. Our confidence toward this company falls daily. This total mess of a company never fails to disappoint on one level or another whether it's warranty, products, service or parts.

We have 2 Bennches both with the same problem and I am not able to communicate with the technicians for support to help us diagnose the problem. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone and no one ever returns my phone calls. Both units have less than 100 hours on them and we are not able to get them running correctly.
