Ordered parts for my side by side . Received the wrong part due to a pulling error. The CSR quickly and easily sent me the correct part and a label to return the incorrect part . Thank you for a great working experience.

Orderd a a frame came when expected other one I orderd come months later with no balljoint or grease fitting.you cant get balljoint seperate it comes with the aframe.i emailed and no response.

I went to the local dealer where I purchased my UV and was told I should just go to a hardware store and buy a piece of rubber hose and make my own part because it would take at least 6 weeks to get the part if I ordered it. To my wonderful surprise I received the part in 2 days. I can hardly wait to share that information with the dealer.
