A couple of the scarves were back ordered but they arrived earlier than expected. I had to call customer service as the wrong colors were sent. They promptly sent out the correct colors with a postage paid label to return the other ones. I ordered 2 others and they arrived correct and fast. The quality seems very nice.

Great quality, probably why you have to wait for months on back ordered scarves.

The stock on the website looked great, as most things do on a website, but seeing them in person and holding them is even better. The photos online don't do the actual product justice and I'm happy I stumbled upon this site! My only real reservation was choice of shipping partner - I would much prefer just USPS instead of having DHL drop it at USPS at their leisure. It seems like an unnecessary step that just makes delivery take longer.

I ordered a scarf using the groupon I purchased ($20 for $40 of scarves) and the scarf is beautiful...looks exactly like the picture. I'm really pleased with me order, and it came really quickly too! My only complaint is that i had to wait almost a month from when i bought the groupon until I actually ordered the scarf, because almost EVERYTHING was backordered for a while. I think they may have figured out this glitch now that their customer base has grown so much due to the groupon sales, though.

I too bought a Groupon a few months back, and decided to use it to knock some people off my Christmas list. I was waiting for the black Friday or Cyber Monday sales to perhaps get a few more deals in my basket, but was alas disappointed. It would only allow for one coupon code per-purchase. They had some fairly good deals. All-in-all I did get three scarves for less than $40 dollars. Was very kindly helped out with the combining of two Groupons for the $40 dollar value, since they were bought at separate times. The Live Chat was very helpful and courteous. The reason I only gave 4 stars is simply because they did not offer free shipping on orders over $50 to Canadian Customers. I have run into this issue many times with American Retailers, and usually avoid the ones who don't offer this benefit on shipping. I understand there are different shipping rates and the cost of duty, but I wouldn't have minded a different purchase limit to add for the additional costs. My order came to $93 dollars with shipping close to $40 it's self.. Say instead of $50 for American's, $75 for Canadian's? I could have purchased something else to off set the price, and come under, or at least been close to what I had paid in whole. I would had been more pleased with my overall experience. The items were fabulous! I am ecstatic nonetheless with the deal I got on all three scarves. It came in a nice pretty box with a ribbon on it which will be used with the pashmina scarf I purchased for a gift. It looks very professional, and gives me confidence to purchase from them again next winter, with or without the groupon. Just hope the shipping problem is worked out by than, or my order I am afraid will be rather small. :/

A lot of their best styles were sold out quickly, and the scarves came just in time when they backordered, but I was definitely able to get a good amount for what I paid, but only in very basic scarves, pashminas, viscous, everything under $20 on the site, I wanted to get some silk neckerchiefs but, I only could have gotten one, instead of getting three pashminas. Good groupon, but I would check all the stocks before buying this again.
