So I ordered the scarves as a result of a Groupon I had. EVERYTHING was out of stock at the time. I resigned myself to waiting, because I had no choice. I ordered and was told that I didn't pay until the scarves shipped. Imagine my dismay when I saw an authorization for the amount. When the scarves DID ship, they just sent them and chanrged me. No email or anything. I was also upset with the fact that I ordered my scarves and then everything went on sale at 40% off. Finally, touching my scarves and they are NOT worth what I paid for them at all.

I used this website simply because I earned a free Groupon and I had to use it before it expired, so I bought one for scarves.com. Right off the bat, I'm disappointed with the prices. One would think that if a website sells scarves as a specialty they would be at somewhat of a discounted price, when in fact a decent scarf (not one made for warmth even, but a thin pretty one) is $19.95. This includes pashminas which can be easily purchased in New York for $5 or even in a mall 3 for $19.95. In addition, most of the scarves I was willing to pay for were sold out or backordered, making the inventory very limited. However since I had to use my Groupon I filled my cart and went to checkout and then I was told that my Groupon could not be used with the Black Friday deal. Quite a disappointing experience to say the least. I will not be returning.

There is very little merchandise you can purchase on the website and get right away. This is a very bad website.

I bought through Groupon and when I went to order virtually everything was out of stock or back ordered. I use groupon to see if I like a company as well as a discount. The shipping is cost is terrible, alot like Ebay, making money on shipping. I was hoping to get something for Christmas so I had to settle for something else. and really saved nothing annnnnnd I have to wait until......... Won't shop here again!

When I finally had the opportunity to visit the site, almost all products were "backordered" or "sold out." If there is going to be a Groupon available, make sure there is enough supply for the demand!
