Great product, Great support.

Scanavenger is definitely worth buying…
Scanavenger is definitely worth buying for. We used this at work, and when I need to make a changed, I just asked their chat widget, and it gives me the answer I need (in less than 5 minutes). and it's very easy to connect on the computer. It also includes a lot of features when you buy it. go buy it now and you will know what I am talking about.

We have had great luck with their scanners and customer service
We have had great luck with their scanners. Each of my schools has at least two. Additionally, their customer service is the best!

The HD support was super Avanger
The customer support was super quick to answer on the chat. It didn't seem robotic at all, it felt like a normal conversation. I explained my problem and the customer support helped me through it step by step to figure out the problem. In the end, when we figured out the issue, They followed up and when I had more questions, after our conversation, they were still there to answer and knew who I was (I didn't have to reexplain everything). 1000/10 love Scanavenger! they were my Avanger.
