Everything went well. I have been using it daily. I’m not sure if my hair is growing, but I’m going use until the end of the year or as long as the comb is working. I also am using the oil.

I received this item quickly. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks so cannot yet tell whether it is going to help promote new hair growth. The item is very easy to use and the box explains the benefit of each different color option for the light therapy. I am continuing to use it daily and am hopeful I will see results in a month or two. I realize this isn't going to happen overnight.

I was so very much looking forward to using your product. However, it does not work. I charged it, blinked on and off,then gave off a solid red light which I read in the directions meant that it was ready to be used. I then applied it to my scalp. There was movement, but no lights. After trying several times, I gave up. Help me.Where did I go wrong?
