I joined Scaling With Systems in Feb 2022. It’s been a hell of a journey working with this team of incredible people! They taught me WHY I need to prioritize as a businessperson and HOW to prioritize. Before joining SWS, I had the habit of being an “information hoarder”. My personal life and my business were both stuck because I was “collecting information” all day out of fear of taking actions, plus, I didn’t have the right strategies either… After joining SWS, Ravi and Matt quickly pointed out it for me that I had been focusing on the wrong things and that spending 4 hours a day executing on the 1 thing that actually the needle forward is better than spending 12 hours a day task switching or doing the trivial stuff. I also had this huge worrying problem because of my emotional baggage. Long story short, after joining SWS, I noticed the people here are just calmly learning and executing on the things they learned, no one was freaking out I was… And after receiving continuous feedback from the SWS team, I gradually started to realize that most things I’ve worried about never happened, or they happened but were not nearly as bad as I imagined, and I was never in real danger after, say, bombing a conversation with a prospect because mistakes are just part of the learning process.
