There have been a multiple of times in my professional and personal life where I have set a goal I did not want to miss. My pattern repeats - I seek out the best expert I can find. In pivoting my business, I found I needed skills that were less necessary with my prior model. Given I was less experienced with these skills, it took several tries with various coaches to find the right level expert and system. I preface this to say, I have a basis for a comparison. In Lauren Tickner's Scale Systems Program, I have found a better program, a better supporting staff and a better topic matter expert for this space than I have any other related leading offering I have been a member of (last count 7). I have received more than promised (more material, more time, more help, more insights). This has lead to better understanding, better execution and better results and outcomes. They also pass along best practices as these become known as the space is constantly innovating. I served over 100 clients in my prior business model. Many still clients. Some happily having exited their businesses as planned. All under a performance guarantee. Only one ever requested a refund, which was granted. The pain wasn't the money transfer, but the inference that the value promised was not actually provided. (Truth be told, it was a business owner reeling from unanticipated COVID related expenses and they desperately needed cash.) ...still hurts... That said, I'm focusing on the over 100 served and the many yet to be served who need help with what I do. I've already seen it helps my customers, their families, their employees, their customers, their suppliers, their communities. That's my driving focus. With gratitude, it's obvious to me that's Lauren Tickner's focus too.

I found Lauren's work only about 45 days ago, and it has made an unusually large impact on how I will be planning all my future growth in my business. I have been struggling for a VERY long time how to build organic in a structured way that helps bring me real customers with the pain points that I solve. I teach marriage counseling, not only to couples, but I train therapists and coaches how to do the work I do. I have always done well with my warm audience, but turning cold traffic into people that very quickly want to learn more about me... know, trust and like me... has been almost impossible. I spent the better part of a year throwing darts at a dartboard, trying to make engaging Instagram reels. Getting noticed in all the noise did not work. From my first webinar, I made a $5000 sale that I would have not made in any of the other ways I had imagined. Not even with paid ads. I now understand how to use A.I. in specific ways to help me structure and organize my work. I have gone to the next level with Lauren, having her guide me through a very well thought out sales webinar funnel and process. I've followed a lot of business coaches, but they never had this type of training that made instant impact. I have not even yet gotten to the point of organizing all the social media platform with this new way of creating organic content. I have some work ahead to make my webinar better, and Lauren's guidance on this will help tremendously. Once I feel more solid about the webinar, I feel like I can literally turn on the floodgates for new leads. I am actually holding off right now because I want some better steps down the funnel line. It is quite fascinating to build a plan of how to bring in new customers that has a zero dollar cost for advertising. Eventually I will come full circle to paid ads, but at the moment I'm really asking myself why I'd ever need to. Follow her on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and know that when she gets sometimes a million views for a one liner post that she is teaching all of us exactly how to do that for our niche. And believe me, my niche, couples in distress, is highly suspect of people stating they know how to repair relationships. I am now having people warm up to me inside of a week, where it has often taken months and months. Just because I structure my posts differently.
