Scale.jobsReviews of scale.jobs

I had a great experience with Scale.jobs during my job search. Their team was responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the process. The application support and guidance helped me stay organized and apply to a large number of relevant opportunities efficiently. What stood out most was their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions promptly. The service saved me a significant amount of time and allowed me to focus on interview preparation rather than spending hours on applications. I would recommend Scale.jobs to job seekers who want structured support in their job search, especially those applying to a large number of positions. Overall, I found the service valuable and worth considering for anyone looking to improve their job application process.

Excellent Service!

Great place to be at, I am having busy schedule and I choose scale jobs, the team is transparent, accountable and available all the time. I'm in USA, even the difference in time zones they are available, reply in minutes.

So I would say that have a trust in this company I'm hoping for a good response in the future of course the present Market is bad but scale jobs is doing is ultimate best in order to give me the best results.

I chose the "we find jobs" add-on so job postings can be found and applied to without my intervention. I liked the service - it served as a good baseline. Even on days when I was busy interviewing or working, 5-10 applications would go out with my specifications. Interviews from these aren't guaranteed but if you're looking for a service to add consistency when you're targeting volume/mass applications, scale.jobs is great. They're responsive and keep you updated well. You do have to get a bit lucky with associates doing the applying for you - some follow your suggestions better than others - but if you report an issue, they fix it asap. Would recommend! It's very hands-on initially - populating the suggestions, teaching them how you want them to apply and how much AI to use in your applications (none for me). But after a bit, it becomes pretty hands-off and just course correcting from time to time. It's not a replacement for your own tailored applications but it definitely gives you consistency, some peace of mind and sparse but definite results.

Supportive staff, Work's closely with you.

I lost my job in a layoff and was recommended this service by a friend. I opted for the option where they find the jobs for you and apply on your behalf, and I was able to get in 600+ applications . It really helped save my time as I focused on interviews rather than on finding job postings and applying . The team is also good at finding jobs that match your skillset and listen to your feedback if you dont want a particular job/skill/company. A little pricey but definitely worth it!
