High interests with a lot of false promises
We received a loan from them with a written promise of refinancing the loan with lower interest rate once 25% was paid. We're now about 40%. They completely cut communication and stopped responding to our emails and calls. We are starting the legal process as we have written proof of their promises. There is no portal to track any progress as well. If you really need to get a loan, going through Kapitus, the lender they use, might work better, or you might need to find a different legitimate partner.

We take customer concerns seriously and are committed to transparency in all our funding agreements. However, the claims in this review are inaccurate. You missed scheduled payments in your second and third months, placing your account in jeopardy of default status. Despite this, your file was not sent to collections. We made multiple attempts to explain to you and your attorney that refinancing is based on positive payment history and does not occur within the first two months of your loan. This was clearly communicated over the phone and via email. Additionally, we have not cut communication, and we always prioritize client support. Your funding agreement outlined all terms, including repayment obligations, and defaulting on payments impacts refinancing eligibility, as is standard in the industry. We encourage you to reach out directly if you wish to resolve any misunderstandings. We value our reputation and remain committed to working with clients who uphold their financial commitments.
