Amazing customer service

I asked what was the fresh one out and ordered a slice only to notice the girl had given me a left over piece under the full one . Dirty trick Dirty looking place . Never again

ordered 4 pizzas and the bill came to 72, they were an ok size but nothing special, for this price it was not worth the money or wait time (20 mins)

I ordered 2 x 14 inch pizzas for my family on 02/11. I waited 30 mins for the pizzas, only to receive them hard and burnt. Me and my kdis were unable to eat most of the pizza which is unacceptable given how much I paid. I am very disappointed with both the quality and service. I hope you improve both quality and service so others do not have a similar experience.

Dunningsbridge road L30 service station. I visited here today as I have not been to Sbarro before. The customer service was awful, the lady who was the server was sitting down on her phone on the customer chairs when I arrived which came across very unprofessional. She also was very rude and blunt, giving me my food saying “here” no please or thank you, or any manners. I said goodbye to be ignored. The only reason for the 2 stars was that the pizza was very nice.

Huyton L’pool. Lady behind the counter not very polite. No greating, no please or thank you. More interested in listening to her AirPods. Won’t be visiting again.
