I like this company, but the only thing I do not like why is my car insurance keeps going up after every six months, instead of going down. My car insurance have went down once, and every since it has been going up . I have not had any tickets or accidents so far. Thank God for that. I hope I do not. But, I hope that my insurance goes down after the six months, if not I may have to change car insurance. I know that sometimes car insurance goes once in a while but not every six months. May like two years or so. So if it goes up this months and does not go down, I will change.

I like the way you keep us informed about everything going on and that you take the payment out on the exact date you are supposed to.

Straight-forward is how I would describe Say Insurance. Unlike "big" companies, Say Insurance does NOT offer glass insurance, renters, etc. But if you're looking for straight-forward car insurance with good customer service this is the way to go.

Honestly I love say insurance. One of the best insurance companies I know. I love the low rates but the big offerings like high tech companies. I love the fact that the company never forget your anniversary date with them and send you a gift yearly to say thank you.
