The site isn’t user friendly. You can’t log on without getting a code emailed and then redirected back to log in. Everything is paperless, nothing ever mailed to you for your records. No perks for being loyal.

I had a horrible experience with trying to make a claim for my cracked windshield. I was transferred and hung up on twice through two cold transfers and once I finally was able to talk to the person who could help me, he was no help at all and extremely rude. When he asked me where I wanted to get my windshield fixed, I advised that I wanted to do some research first before I made a decision. He huffed at me, told me I have 30 days with my claim and started rattling off places to me. I didn’t have a pen or paper to write everything down so I thanked him for the suggestions and let him know I still was unsure of where I’d want to go but I would call back once I figured it out. He hung up on me without giving me my claim number or a number to call him back. So my windshield is still broken and I don’t feel good about Say Insurance

Couldn't change my monthly withdrawal a week later because my direct deposit won't hit till then. Now will have a overdraft fee. Have to switch over to Geico because they help their customers.

Adjuster raised rate from 130 to 220 after 1 single minor accident with no injury. Unacceptable.

Raising the price of my insurance after every renewal is really aggravating, especially when it's based on a "points" system that mysteriously drops.

I keep having trouble when I call Say over the phone. I was told that they couldn't charge my prepaid debit card and then I logged in to the Say bill pay page and paid it in direct contradiction to what I was being told. Another time,they tried to cancel my coverage because I mentioned that I drive with people and they thought I meant ride sharing for Uber or Lyft. My boss had to send a letter to some internal department to prove that I didn't work in a ride sharing capacity. Say does not trust it's customers, and will increase your monthly premium based on other faulty drivers bad choices. I was told my bill would lower as y insurance score went up but due to the number of accidents in my state and despite me never being in a single accident, I pay more.

I sent an email, never received a response. Currently shopping around for another provider.

I hate being forced to be on auto pay. I consistently have issues monthly.
