I've used Say Insurance for 3 years now and they are so easy to deal with. Also out off all the companies I pay bills to they are the only one giving a reduced payment due to COV19 without being asked. We need more companies like them. Thank you, it's appreciated.

I would not recommend Say Insurance to anyone. I had one incident to where my back wheel busted off while going down the interstate. Dealing with them it took almost 45 days from the time of the incident to the time I got my vehicle back and STILL had to pay over 1.5K out of pocket on a $500 deductible. Currently looking for another carrier, but do yourself a favor. Stay away from Say Insurance / Shelter Insurance!!

I moved over to Say Insurance from Progressive after a couple years of my policy getting 'progressively' more expensive despite an accident and ticket falling off my record. I've had a great experience so far with Say. It was easy to sign up, easy to get my proof of insurance, and after a year my policy has gone down significantly in price. I have no complaints!

I had a horrible experience with trying to make a claim for my cracked windshield. I was transferred and hung up on twice through two cold transfers and once I finally was able to talk to the person who could help me, he was no help at all and extremely rude. When he asked me where I wanted to get my windshield fixed, I advised that I wanted to do some research first before I made a decision. He huffed at me, told me I have 30 days with my claim and started rattling off places to me. I didn’t have a pen or paper to write everything down so I thanked him for the suggestions and let him know I still was unsure of where I’d want to go but I would call back once I figured it out. He hung up on me without giving me my claim number or a number to call him back. So my windshield is still broken and I don’t feel good about Say Insurance

Couldn't change my monthly withdrawal a week later because my direct deposit won't hit till then. Now will have a overdraft fee. Have to switch over to Geico because they help their customers.
