I love this company. From the very beginning, they have been amazing. I signed up in 2019 on the website and accidentally put the wrong routing number, resulting in cancelation the next business day. I emailed and explained what happened, gave them the correct routing number, and have been pleased with them ever since. I also like the nice little touches like cards on my birthday and customer anniversary. It's silly, but it's fun. I've also used the roadside assistance a couple of times with no problems at all. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and I love that they automatically review at renewal instead of me having to ask for a different rate.

I have had them for 3 years and no issues. Always friendly when I have had to call. Love the roadside. The only thing I wish I could do is change payment date.

Say insurance is great!! I've been with the company for 5-6 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it, They are a great insurance company! Very easy to setup, make changes. Only issue is not having renters or home insurance.

My vehicle broke down while on a trip and had to purchase another vehicle. Was able to get my coverage switched with a simple phone call. Very helpful when your stuck out of town.
