I have had several insurance over the past 40 yrs. Allstate, State Farm, and now Say. None of the two big names have shown the kindness, consideration, and thoughtfulness as SAY has I will always be moved by the Covid 19 gift check. It was so thoughtful and caring at a time when most companies were being heartless. Not to mention the wonderful, friendly, helpful customer service that I have received when ever I needed to speak to an agent. The second gift of the insulated cup with the air freshener in the box was a pleasant surprise and such a nice quality useful gift. You folks are all doing an A+ job and I want to use this review to say Thankyou so very much for your thoughtfulness in these critical and stressful times. Gratefully, Carole Liantonio

I have been with Say about 3 years now. We have had 2 claims, one for a hailstorm and another when we were hit by someone following too closely. I have never been so pleased with an insurance company. Our rate is ridiculously cheap and I find the website super user friendly (honestly I'm glad there is no username/password sign in option because that's one less password I will need to remember). The roadside assistance is also excellent. My husband had to have a vehicle towed once, another time our car battery died and they came out to charge it, and I've locked my keys in my car countless times and they have always been quick to the rescue. I've recommended Say to all my family and friends and every single time they get a quote, it ends up being cheaper for them than their current provider and offers more coverage. The only negative thing I have to say about Say Insurance is that they don't have a referral program--I'm making you people so much money, I just want a little bit of the cut lol Thank you for such an awesome experience, Say! We will be lifetime customers! :)

Reasonable prices, easy to reach customer service in times of need

Simple and easy process for set up, renewal, and access to important information via the online portal. The 24/7 roadside assistance included with the policy has proven helpful when my tire blew out!

We signed up with Say a little over a year ago. The first day the policy was in effect we left on a road trip. Our car broke down in the middle of Wyoming on a Saturday.. We used the roadside assistance to get a tow truck, we had to be towed twice over the next couple of days to get to a dealer. They were very nice and helpful. Very pleased so far.

Say insurance was recommended to me by a friend when I was on a trip and my then insurance got cancelled. I am very happy with their service and the coverage.I have already recommended Say to a couple of friends.
