I really appreciate that your blades actually fit properly and that you offer the option to provide the make and model of the saw—so I don’t have to worry about getting the size exactly right. I happened to know the blade size I needed this time, but it’s great peace of mind to know that I wouldn’t have to. Most importantly, the blade fit perfectly and I was able to get proper tension. I’ve ordered from other places that make custom sawblades, and even though they claimed to be the right length (153"), I could never get enough tension—maxing it out would still leave the blade bowing and wobbling. With your blade, I was thrilled to not only achieve the right tension but also still have room to go higher if needed. That tells me it’s truly the correct size.

After speaking with James T., he helped me get the brushes and the blades I needed for my saw and helped me correct an error I made on checking out without getting all that I had wanted.
