I ask thru an email to get my full refund back and they only want to give me the cost of the adapter and not shipping. They don't understand that I had to pay shipping again to send it back. The adapter they sent me didn't work at all. I just want my full refund with shipping included. I shouldn't have to pay shipping twice. It takes them weeks to get back to you with some kind of answer. I have emailed them over 15 times and with only 2 answers back to me.

I received a different charger than they advertised in the picture. went back to the item and apparently...under the listing they cover themselves on their website by saying that the thing may not actually look like the one in the pic but may be generic off brand? Even so,, they didn't send me even one with the same Input voltage or plugin, so it's absolutely useless. I am not happy with them at all, and there is no number to easily be found. Being shady shady means your a greedy cheatie.🤥

I purchased a replacement adapter for my CPAP machine. It did not work. The company return policy requires permission to return products, within a few days of receipt. I sent all the information, photos, etc. but never received the information necessary to return the product. I would not trust this company.

The WORST company to buy anything from online. Take own money and send us wrong worthless item. Give us the run around, would not allow to return and receive refund. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ordered power cable for MacBook air, sent me the wrong one four weeks late and won't deal with sending me the right one or refunding my money. Like other reviews, seems like a complete scam company. Their customer service response was, "we've sent this cord to others and there has been no problem" the literally sent me a cord that doesn't fit into the charger port, I even sent them photos. How hard is it to send the right cord and a mailer for the return like a normal place? Tough when your not legit.

Ordered a charge cord that was listed as "new", and with all the parts (like the plug that attaches to the adapter). Cord came used and without the plug attachment. Going through the headache of trying to get refunded, sending back their bogus cord, and now the thievery of them telling me they're not going to refund me in whole, and are going to charge me for the shipping and restocking. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!
