SavingOlogy.comReviews of savingology.com

Do not do business with this company. They advertise components that are not a fit for the products they are purportedly for. I ordered two AC adapters that were advertised to work for an electronic component. They arrived and the plug would not fit. They clearly haven't confirmed that their products work as promised. Attempts to contact by phone and online have not been returned. Horrible reviews everywhere. Hopefully this will save users time and energy.

I ordered a replacement charger adapter for my beard shaver. The order was delivered in only 2 days. I was highly pleased with the product & speed of delivery. The only downside is that I could've saved about $10 by ordering directly from remington; that was including shipping also. I didn't realize it until I went onto remington's site days later. Oh well, next time I'll know.

I had an overall positive experience with Savingology. I had ordered 2 hoverboard adapters and was sent the wrong item twice. However, I am giving them a positive rating despite the issues, because they did rectify it, and worked diligently with me to get the correct item finally sent. 4 stars due to no response when calling. Was always prompted to leave a VM and never got returned. For anyone else having issues- they seem to only respond to emails!

Scam … no one answer or response

We received a different adapter than what was ordered. The one we received didn't fit. When I tried to return the item they wanted pictures of what we received and of what they sent. Then they claimed we received a higher quality than we ordered. I said it still doesn't work! Then they wanted more pictures!! Please save your money and order somewhere else!

Very bad with delivery.

Nonexistent Customer Service. No callback or communication at all after the sale. Sent the wrong overpriced item that was supposed to match my Power Supply and charged inflated shipping rate to top it off. They should be banned. I wish I would have seen the reviews first. Don't give them your business. Caveat emptor...

So disappointed. We ordered 2 adaptors for a job. Total for the adaptors was $45.78 + tax + shipping, which was another $23.96, so the total was $75.56. We received the wrong adaptors. We've called several times and they never call back. They only email and it takes a while to receive a response for each email we send. We have to email them a couple of times before they finally respond back. We have several email threads with them regarding this but the main point is that they will refund us the $75.56, if we return the item, at our expense. They made the mistake of sending us the wrong item, but we have to pay to send it back to them. Or they said they will refund us $50 and we keep the items, but whose to say they really will refund us, so we don't know what to do. If we keep and take the $25 loss, then what can we do with 2 adaptors that we don't need. And if we return and have to pay for the shipping, whose to say they will actually refund the $75.56 like they are saying. We are out money regardless and never received what we actually ordered and needed. What a waste of time and money! Very horrible way to treat people. I don't understand how this can be legal how they are running this business and what they are doing to people. Stay away from this company. It's not worth the hassle.
