Response from Save On ScentsOct 23, 2018

Hello Jessica, I am very sorry to hear of the difficulty with your order. I am also sorry to say that I cannot find any correspondence in our email history regarding the issue of your missing order. We make it a practice to respond to each and every email, especially where a potential missing order is concerned. We do see that a paypal claim was filed, but PayPal automatically closed it out because the USPS tracking information shows that the shipment was “Delivered In Mailbox”. Please feel free to give us a phone call at the number listed on the top and bottom of our website should you ever have an order issue. We can handle the issue right away, and even if the carrier claims to have delivered a shipment, we will always reship an order to be sure that our customers are satisfied. A customer service representative will reach out to you in the coming business day to provide additional support on this issue. Thank you very much for your feedback. Elliott @ Save On Scents
