My nephew told me to try this place I am 67 and not great with online stuff so I called and said they were patient and explained things slowly which I appreciate it my rate didn't drop as much as I hoped but it's manageable still figuring out how to access my documents online

Good experience for a first timer!! It was my first time buying my own car insurance. I just turned 24 off my parents plan, was honestly kind of lost but the guy who helped me broke it down without making me feel dumb. He explained how deductibles work and all that. It took an hour but I felt confident in what i signed up for!
