I did buy from this site late 1019/early 2019 and was very happy with the turn around time two/3 weeks and I live down in NZ. I was very happy with quality as well. However I did believe the garments where manufactured in the US it makes no difference to me as you get good and bad everywhere. I am still where my sweatshirt the one with the rainbow German shepherd it goes in the was twice a week. It has only just started getting a bit of pulling. During COVID 19 you would expect delivery to be at least two to three times longer as customs in each country ultimately holds it up. My preference would be for them to shipped from China as the states definitely doesn’t have the pandemic under control. It’s a shame to see so many negative reviews as I would like to order although after reading them I wonder if it’s actually about the product I will have to consider weather I now want to go ahead with another order

One star is too high. I have three orders that were placed in April and no sign of them yet and it is mid June. They were very quick to take my money, but that is where everything ends. Beware of this company.

When every other company I have ordered from during the pandemic has been able to send their product within a reasonable amount of time, and here we are 30 days later and no hoodies have been shipped. Makes me believe that this is either a scam or a really HORRIBLY run business. SPARE YOURSELF YOUR MONEY AND GRIEF!

If I could give no stars it would be too much. I also suspect the "rave" reviews were written by them. My 68 dollar mask order took so long to arrive I was told a 30% "refund" would be put on my PP account. Really? Well it didn't happen anyway so I guess they are true to their no refund policy. Before the items were sent to be printed I wanted to know from where. I was told (Lied to) that all their merchandise is US made. They stalled in responding so my order would not qualify for cancellation. Truth is, the items were coming from China! I ordered in early April....received two days ago.(6/5). I will not open them as they have come from China, home of the Chinese virus. I brought this to their attention and was ASSURED the company meets quality standards...like I believe that, right? Nope. This is not a good company to do business with. I, too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I also will explore other avenues for recourse for a refund. I asked them to which address I should return the unopened package....same response as you guys got...no refund, etc. and please contact us we are happy to help. SCAM. S. Moon

I was shipped the wrong product. I was promised a replacement in 5-10 days, which was later extended to 21 days due to backlog. I was willing to wait the 21 days. At the 30 day mark I reached out and was told "soon" At the 40 day mark I reached out again and asked them to just refund my money and forget about shipping the product, but they refused. At this point, it is outright theft, and I will have to pursue other options to get my money back.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order! I ordered 2 border collie face masks on April 12. Today is June 3rd, and still nothing. Of course they processed payment immediately! Looking forward to taking this up with my credit card company if they don't ship, LIKE NOW, or refund my money. Great idea, awful execution!

This company was very simple to order from and the doggy mask I ordered was delivered very quickly. I get so many compliments on this particular 'Border Collie' mask. Everyone asks me where I got it! I will be buying more masks through them.

As shocked as everyone else about this pandemic, but these shirts, hoodies, saving animals is the best. The quality is amazing. Hoodies run a bit large for women, but t shirts get a size up. I've bought 2 hoodies, 4 shirts and referred family and friends. Delivery takes about 5 weeks so order in advance for fathers day or for fun 👍
