They are not pricing a lot of their products thinking I was just going to grab them … that’s my last trip!

My husband and I visited the Ogdensburg location Saturday afternoon. We don't purchase a cart full but pick up this and that (we live 2 blocks away). I have not seen this cashier before but let me say that she smelled really bad, like someone who had not taken a shower in days, maybe weeks. She also looked very unkempt. My husband complained about her first which is unusual because he notices nothing in general. Some of the other cashiers could use training in friendly and courteous service, especially the older women. (Hey, we are well into our senior years). I guess if I had to work at their age I would be less than thrilled. The store is OK, the staff leave a lot to be desired.

I had a very concerning experience here. I bought biscuits that turned out to be expired by over two weeks and tasted clearly bad. When I went back to politely ask for a refund or exchange, the staff member became aggressive and said he can sell whatever he wants, even expired food, and that it’s the customer’s problem if they get sick. I was there with my young child, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I understand this is a short-date/clearance shop, but there is a big difference between discounted food and selling products that are not fit to eat, especially with that kind of attitude. I won’t be returning and would advise others to check dates very carefully before buying

Trash products and produce designed for SNAP users in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

I would have given a better score, but Save a Lot is the only grocery store that I have found that doesn't take the OTC cards! It's very inconvenient!

I quit going to save a lot in Columbus ohio. I used to go shopping there a lot. Since they stopped their pick 5 in the meat department it is not affordable any more. Now days their prices are up there with the others
