Sizes are hard to determine.
Quality of products are great! It's the description of sizes is where it is lacking. On some items you state women's sizes. On the hoodies, you don't so I ordered one which was too large. Had to send it back. Now I hesitate in reordering. Also your sizes are not true to size as stated.

One of my purchases was very delayed…
One of my purchases was very delayed and missed an important birthday. Size ordered was XS, shirts were very long and narrow versus the typical XS.

I would never order with you again
I would never order with you again. It cost me $30 to ship back 3 items for different sizes. It’s a bummer too because your product is good but ridiculous that you don’t cover shipping for an exchange. You lost my business.
