James, thanks so much for sharing your experience. I’ll admit I did ship a little later than I’d liked to have due to certain issues a little out of my control but that shouldn’t have impacted on work. I’d also like to thank you for mentioning that I did try to stay in contact to keep you updated and that the extra item was just part of my belief in karma and making up for mistakes. You were polite and understanding through the whole process and a pleasure to deal with. After being left a totally false 1 star review yesterday your review really turned my day round as despite what some people think, and admittedly despite my iffy memory, my customers and business mean the world to me as we are a small family business. You are a complete liar and your dishonesty is appalling. I then reshipped you £1200 of new goods which you chose with tracking RY471718855GB which was stopped by Taiwanese customs. I didn’t ask for the original incorrect order to be returned I said keep it as my apology. I’m Sorry but I am Not responsible for the customs stopping the goods. If you want to ship me back the original order please do and I will refund you for every unopened item. I will be escalating this to trustpilot to remove. You are a liar and your dishonesty is very disturbing. To clarify- this client has kept his goods and claimed they were not recieved effectively stealing

Hi Sandra, I’m sorry that you haven’t recieved your order please check your email in a moment for a more detailed tracking slip but the number is here and it seems the issue is with Royal Mail as it definitely was collected a while back now MZ352269493GB If I can’t resolve it with the post today I’ll happily send you 2 of the same item as an apology and would only ask that you then just update this to say received. Tracy I’m sorry you felt the need to review the same purchase twice and also I’m sorry the reship hasn’t arrived. I do wish you would have contacted me prior to writing another review of the same purchase so I could try to chase up the status of an order I’m losing money On. Whether you wish to edit these or not i will be sorting it today either way

Hi David, as discussed via email I did send an extra item of the 2 you ordered but did admittedly forget the other item. Shipping number MZ352269520GB delivered 10/07. My bad I’m very sorry. You have been a regular polite reliable customer so I will be shipping 2 of the missing item today as an apology for my bad organisation and memory and hope you may be able to update your experience once recieved.
