After establish contact with the owner of this company we were able to address the problem presented in my initial review. The products have been received in good condition with a minor flaw of a missing label on one product. I haven't tried any of the products yet, however I am happy to have received them.

Hice una compra el 19 de noviembre me hicieron el débito el 20 y nunca me dieron número de seguimiento. He dejados numerosos correos electrónicos y no me responden. Espero que mi producto llegue porque ya se pagó. Estoy decepcionada . Me retracto lo dicho...ahora es que veo el numero de seguimiento. Gracias Hoy 3 de enero 2026 sigo esperando el producto, al parecer nunca llegará. Reviso el número de rastreo que me brindaron y no hay movimiento alguno.

So far I have had heard absolutely nothing from my purchase from about a week ago. No tracking number or any updates. A bit disappointing. Update 11/14: I did receive my package and product in good condition. I have to stick by my initial review however not good communication and updates. I will raise from two star to three. Might do business again.

Your comments have genuinely been taken on board and I am getting a bit more tech savvy so I can set the site up to send an update each time and order progresses to the next stage so we don’t have issues like this in the future. Website is great and informative with a massive selection, payed next day ended up a week later on delivery, did email but no reply, hopefully the product is as good as the rite up
