DO NOT USE!! BEWARE
They will not answer phone calls or emails. They charged $1600 for "expert installation" which did not include the electricity hook up and the actual build only took 2 hours. Sauna One is clearly pocketing the installation fee as the installer did not make $900 an hour. They also sent the incorrect items (European voltage instead of US) and our electrician cannot even complete the electrical install. Spent nearly $8,000 for this and its been a disaster!!

1. First, please tell us your order number. 2. Our customer service team handles emails every day, except on weekends. 3. Regarding electric stoves, some of our stoves are European standards, but we've converted them to American standards and can be used with our appliance kits. Our appliance kits are American standards, but your electrician won't be able to connect the electricity. 4. Labor costs in the US are very expensive, and installers only install the sauna; they don't connect the electricity. Connecting the electricity requires a professional, and we can't include the connection fee. Please understand. 5. Regarding the installation fee, our website states it's $1,600, but we offer 10%-15% discounts at different stages, bringing the final installation fee to around $1,300-1,400. Not only do we not make any profit on this fee, we often lose money. We work with an installation team leader who typically quotes us $1,200-1,600 for sauna installations. If the client's home has a yard or stairs, they'll charge an additional $200-500. We can provide extensive evidence to support this. This person in charge will be paid and will coordinate installation personnel across the United States. Please contact us: MAIL: [email protected]
