I found this sauna at Cavallo Point (my favorite spa) and it was super nice. I called Chris and now I have one.

That’s amazing to hear — Cavallo Point is such a beautiful place, and we’re honored to be part of their experience! Thank you again!

Thank you for sharing that! We hear the same from so many customers—there’s nothing like a great night’s sleep after a sauna session. So glad it’s making a difference for you!

Fantastic Sauna - Worth Every Penny Absolutely love my sauna. The heat is deep and soothing and I feel more relaxed and clear-headed after every session. Sleep has improved, stress is way down and I’m drinking more water and making better health choices overall. Highly recommend!

Truly appreciate you sharing this—hearing how the sauna is helping you feel clearer, sleep better, and take care of yourself more intentionally is exactly why we do what we do. Really glad it’s been such a worthwhile investment for you.

I rarely leave any reviews, but Saunacloud by far exceeded my expectations in therms of their care for their clients. We got a custom sauna made by them and had to make so many changes to the project, that was causing a significant delays, but saunacloud team made it all possible for us to finish the project on time and coordinated all deliveries to accommodate our schedule and a handyman. Nowadays it’s rare that people show care, but you guys truly deserve five stars and now we can enjoy our beautiful sauna. Thank you.

I very much appreciate this, especially knowing you don’t usually leave reviews. We know your project had a lot of twists, and it means a lot that you felt supported through it all. Enjoy your sauna — you earned it.

My new infrared sauna has been a game-changer for my well-being. The entire experience, from easy order placement and excellent communication to flawless delivery and setup, has been nothing short of exceptional. The sauna itself is beautiful and the infrared heat and chromotherapy has become a nonnegotiable part of my wellness routine. I've noticed reduced stress, less muscle soreness, quick recovery from workouts and an overall strong sense of well-being. I highly recommend this sauna for its outstanding quality, hassle-free process, and undeniable health benefits. Incredibly with my purchase.

After nearly 2 years of back-and-fourth on deciding which sauna to purchase for our home, we took the recommendations of Chris and bought the Sanctuary 2. It arrived on time, and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle. In a few hours, we were up and running and have used it everyday since. We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers, along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test. If you are considering a sauna - we have zero complaints with ours, and if you like doing business with straightforward and knowledgable people, Chris is your guy.

It's clear why Chris and Saunacloud have only 5 star reviews. No one knows more about, and provides more help understanding them than Chris Kiggens. We could not be happier with our IS-2 and the experience buying it from Saunacloud. There's no one better for price, service, product choices and the buying experience. Look no further!
