Great products.. sketchy shipping
I ordered from here a 7 times total. The first few times everything showed up on time and quality was amazing. Then on the fourth time I ordered the Moon rocks special and nothing ever came. Mentioned it and got a refund. Ordered a fifth time and got my product exactly as described. Some of the best I ever seen. Then I ordered the 2CB deal a few months back. The package came but it was empty… not sure what happened but When I mentioned this he said I must be lying and said he would only give me a partial refund. I asked if they could just reship the order and offered to even pay the shipping again and got no response for that. When I asked again he blocked me.. it’s a shame because they have the best quality products I ever found online.

most of the things said here are true, most. Joseph started off buying from us and there were no problems, but after the 3rd to 4th order suddenly every single order we sent him had something wrong with It. "the package never arrived" "I ordered 20 but only got 16" "the shipping is slow" there was always SOMETHING wrong with all the packages we sent out. and it was only him, everyone else recieved what they paid for, but never mazzella. there's rarely a problem, but everytime there is one we refund no questions asked. but every single order from you, is a problem? hmm I dunnnnooo ;/ so around November he makes another order, and this time he claims that it didn't arrive. so I check the tracking and see it did arrive. "yeah, but there was nothing inside it" this was the one that kinda broke me a bit, so your previous order was underweight, and your last ordered never arrived, and this time it did arrive... but there was nothing inside it? We paid for expensive postage just to ship you a empty letter? Nobody has ever said this before, never ever. at this point I now know for sure he's lying, no one else has problems as consistently as mazella, and we operate on slim margins, we're not rolling in cash like everyone thinks, I'm tired of refunding & reimbursing the same person over and over again. so I tell him, you can have a refund for the """empty package""" you got, but I don't want you shopping here again. and he tells me he "doesn't want a refund, just a reship, il even pay for it again if I can get it this time" but... why would you pay for more product if the one you just got SUPPOSEDLY dosent have anything inside of it? it dosent make any sense. so I say I can refund, and he tells me he doesn't want it... well, what am I supposed to do here, so I tell him once he's ready I can reimburse him and to send me an email at [email protected] and then remove him from the telegram group. because if you keep refusing it, I don't know what else I can tell you I have a right to refuse anyone I don't want to do business with man, especially people that take advantage of us. not cool. but this entire debacle happened 4 months ago, leave a review now?
