I’ve ordered twice from them now. I’m gonna save my experience with him. Has been about 50-50. I received some of the items in both orders. I also didn’t receive some items in both orders. Communicating with these people is next to impossible. He says I complain too much. I probably do because I spent my money and expect a product in return. That’s how this works. The website says 3 to 4 day shipping. I ordered July 4. Still don’t have it. One of the products he did. Send me was absolute garbage. I just wish he would do better at making sure you got your product or making it right instead of making excuses.

$261 total + $110 “express” 2 items missing and an empty bag delivered
I paid about 261$ dollars (152$ in product and 110$ in shipping) the site advertised that the first item and the second item would arrive in 1-2 days as it’s eligible for express shipping.
Then the final item would arrive as normal not being included in express shipping. I ordered Saturday around 12:30 AM, the first item finally arrived about a week later, but it was only 1 item.
After that I received my next delivery a few days later Tuesday and the package was void of any product. As of February 3rd 2026 I’m still missing 2 items.
I received a USPS priority mail envelope in my mailbox which the seller confirmed in DMs that it was from them, it contained no products just an empty black bag. When I contacted the seller, they apologized for the express shipping and stated they split the packages “to make it less suspicious.”
They deny sending an empty package, he literally said: “we didn’t send you an empty black bag”, but that is what I received. Charging $110 for express shipping and not delivering as promised is unacceptable. I have screenshots, and based on what happened with the late/partial deliveries, the empty mailer, and the missing items, it felt like the order was being marked as fulfilled without actually delivering everything.
I’d strongly recommend shopping somewhere else he offered no sort of reimbursement and just told me I was lying.

he messages me and says we scammed him, and that we sent him an empty black bag...? why would we send you the first part of your order, that arrives completely fine (which you said it did!) and then pay $20 to send you a priority package, then include a black bag... with nothing inside? does that make any sense? if we wanted to "scam" you we wouldn't have sent you the first part of your order. we wouldn't have sent you another ""empty"" package, dude we wouldn't have sent you anything at all
what actually happened is that he received his tabs that he bought, took the tabs out the vacuum sealed black bag and claimed he never got anything. and then when we told him we weren't falling for it he got bold enough to write this review
I can't remember exactly but I believe he got the microdoses which is literally the cheapest item on our store... why would we scam you for $15???
and I understand mixups do happen, as they do with every buisness and the things we sell are ripe for mail theft, if this was a consistent customers I would have reshipped or refunded him instantly, most likely both! cause the cost was so low. but the only reason I denied him immediately was because it's your first order here and your already lying to me :/

your trustpilot says your from CA. we don't even ship to Canada, and you left the same review 3 months ago, we tried to contact you but you never responded. I don't know what your problem is with our company but please stop leaving fake @ fraudulent reviews.
if this is somehow real then email me your order number at [email protected] and we will check your tracking number, if usps says it's lost we will reship or refund you, whatever you decide is best. like we do for everyone else...
