A Trainer Who Changed My Life ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I trained with Sandra from approximately 2013–2017, starting with CrossFit, and she became so much more than a coach to me. She became a mentor, a dear friend, and one of the people who truly inspired me to pursue fitness as a career. Sandra’s passion for fitness and for helping women become stronger—both physically and mentally—was contagious. Watching her coach, encourage, and believe in people made me realize that I wanted to do the same for others. She played a huge part in inspiring me to become a personal trainer myself. We eventually had the opportunity to work together as personal trainers at the same gym before she moved away, and I will always be grateful for that chapter of my life. Looking back, I can honestly say that Sandra didn’t just help me become stronger in the gym—she helped influence the path my life and career took. I will never forget the impact she had on me or how much she inspired me. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you become the strongest version of yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend Sandra. She is an incredible trainer, mentor, and person.

I started working with Sandra in August, 2022 at 58 years of age. Fast forward to August 2026, at 62 years of age, not only has my body transformed, but my mindset and confidence have grown stronger as well. Working with Sandra is like coming home to yourself. She is compassionate, funny, intentional, and my favorite, she challenges her clients to push beyond limits we might put on ourselves.

Truly had the BEST experience with Sassy fitness. Everything from my nutrition to training was fully customized for my goals and I saw the most incredible results in not only how I looked, but most importantly how I felt. I’m thankful for her guidance and recommend her to everyone I know who wants real results!
