Sartoro really is a great place to get custom made suits. My experience working with them over the past 8 months has been great. I have purchased three suits and the entire process has always been wonderful. I did have an issue with the second suit initially, but that is where the customer service really shined through. So even if an issue arises, don't stress, it will swiftly be corrected. The cool thing to is all of their suits are prepared with enough fabric to make alterations later on (gain weight, lose weight, etc). They give you a card that shows you all of the exact amounts each item can be brought in/out. Overall very thankful I found them when I was in desperate need of new suits.

I was skeptical of ordering a suit online. However after five minutes of questions about my sizes, a suit showed up at my door in two weeks that fit like a glove. Looks great, fabric is quality and craftsmanship is flawless. Very pleased with my purchase.

So much concern for the fit, very impressive. I told them I worked in these suits so not so tight . They pointed out the suit deserved a certain fit. I felt like I had a personal tailor. The suit came and it fit perfectly. Even my wife said so.

You know how you can tell when someone sees you that they like what you're wearing? That's what I got a lot of in my three piece Prince of Wales suit. With the measurements they take, Sartoro had the suit fitted like a glove. Look good feel good do good. This is my second suit and will continue to buy from them!

Fantastic custom service, responsive and attentive tailors, website is easy to navigate and understand. The personal fit process is thorough and precise, though the custom features selection is a little confusing if you want a configuration other than the defaults. Overall would absolutely recommend to anyone getting MTM formalwear.

Outstanding customer service. Love the material too. I needed minor adjustments to the pants which may have been due to my mismeasurements but no questions asked, they are making it right. Will be a return customer.

I ordered a suit with Sartoro entering my measurements as instructed through their helpful videos. I received it and while it’s a beautiful suit, great color, great quality the sleeve was a little short, the chest a little tight and the pants about an inch too short. I reached out to the customer support and the representative helped me immediately…no run around. They had me take a picture of myself in the suit and I also described where it’s off. I also explained that I had a wedding at the end of the month. I was shipped a new suit within a week and happy to say it fits like a glove. This is a company that cares not only about the product they’re making but the customer the product is going to. Couldn’t be more impressed.
