I was apprehensive about ordering a custom suit solely by providing measurements online without any direct contact with a tailor. The suit I received from Sartoro blew those apprehensions out of the water. The process of placing my order using the forms and instructions on their website was user-friendly well beyond the norm and I never had to puzzle over what I was being asked or how I should proceed. The end product far exceeded my expectations in quality of materials, workmanship, and fit. I am just exceptionally pleased with every aspect of my purchase and will certainly return to Sartoro for tailored garments in the future.

The fabrics are great. You’ve gotta be smart enough to know what you’re buying and the look you want for the upcoming event. The linings are wonderfully tailored. Their online measurements is fairly spot-on and when they question something they let you know! Literally measure twice, cut once. The customer service at so many levels is bar none the best. So communicative back and forth that is accretive to an enjoyable experience not normally associated with a box store trying to do it online, but so much less expensive than a custom tailor domestically. They have “the formula”. Definitely worth a third jacket.

Product as described, quick turnaround, great experience

My fiancé and I could not be happier with our custom-made shirts! They fit perfectly and we didn't even need to leave our house. The online consultation with Andy was quick, easy, and painless! The website measurement portal was intuitive. The tailor had just a few follow-up clarification questions and was very easy to work with. It didn't impede the timeline at all. Now we are ready for wedding day!

Sartoro took the time to take my measurements and educated me on how to take my measurement by myself! Great service, swift responses and the suit was awesome. High Quality and fit me perfectly! Will definitely be ordering more suits!

First of all, I'm a Mascish human and I was afraid of suit shopping. This experience was the perfect mix of not having to try anything on and getting exactly what I wanted. The color is perfect, the measurements are perfect, and everything fits perfectly. After my initial measurements were sent in they did email me back (right away) and get additional pictures. Because of that, it was exactly how it needed to be. I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day and get some custom pants and jackets for the future!

Extremely comfortable, perfect fit. This is my second suit. I asked for a number of alterations (boot cut, athletic cut vs slim fit) and they were very accommodating. I like the customization that you can do to truly make it your suit.
