SCAM !!!

Hii Kathleen, We refunded back into your account your money the same day you placed the order. Our partner florist could not create the exact arrangement you purchased because they did not have the mug that goes with the flowers. Actually, we could not find that mug from any other florist. I looked at our bank account and saw that you have received the refund. Please check your credit card statement as I am 100% sure you have the funds. I would be really happy if you could update your review after you have confirmed you received your refund. We tried our best to get what you wanted and we hope we can try again for you in the neat future!!! Thanks youu

Literally, the same issue as stated in all these other reviews. I placed an order on October 27th, received an email later that day stating the order was cancelled because the florist could not complete the delivery and was promised a refund within two business days or sooner. I followed up twice inquiring about where my refund was and requested an update/explanation as to why I hadn't received it yet. Each time, I received the same nonsense explanation, "don't worry, we're working on it, I promise we are resolving this." Eight business days later, I still don't have a refund and have to go to my bank to fill out paperwork to resolve this myself. This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and I'm sad I chose to order from them in the first place.

Hii Brittany, Your order was canceled and refunded on the same day you placed it my dear. The local florist partner we work with was unable to create the exact arrangement you requested on time for same day delivery. This company only scams people out of…
This company only scams people out of money. They said my order was cancelled and that I would get my money back. I never received my money. They are scammers 100% DONT LEY THEM TRICK YOU OUT KF YOUR MONEY

This people stole my money.
This people stole my money. They promised a refund. Never got my money back. DON'T LET THIS PEOPLE STEAL FROM YOU.

Hello you placed your order 1 dozen red roses with chocolate oreos and we canceled your order because the chocolate oreos were not available and the order came in to late for same day delivery. We issued an immediate refund and you received your refund as promised within our policies, within 5 business days. Same story as the rest
Same story as the rest. I ordered flowers and they canceled my order. Said I would get my refund in 2 days or less…. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing but emails telling me not to worry… it’s a scam!!!!!! Dnt shop with them.. UPDATE!!!!!! I did receive my refund NOT in a timely manner. 2 weeks after not 2 days like the first email stated.

Hello, Tasha you ordered on October 9th and you did receive your refund timely. Would you please check again because sometimes our customers misunderstand the description on their billing statement.
