Hi Alexandra! So I looked and you were already refunded so please take a look at your account. To let you know we could not find the orange roses you wanted although we tried really hard! Also, you may see on here a few reviews but we are a nationwide company with thousands of sales with an amazing reputation. Sometimes customers look on here and they panic for no reason at all. I personally looked into it and I am sure the funds are back in your account so if you can update your review we would appreciate it! The pink roses were not available until the day after and so we emailed and called you to let you know. Just wanted to let you know the reason for the refund. Thanks so muchhh

Hello Dwanique, Please keep in mind that we send out thousands of orders weekly so 15 reviews on here are actually an indication of our hard work and honesty. Thanks for confirming that the refund was actually given to you and I have reviewed why delivery could not be made: the orange flowers were not available by the local florist. We do not have a substitution policy like other online florists so that our customers do not receive something they did not pay for. Actually, what sets us apart from other online flower delivery services and the reason for so many fewer complaints than our competitors is that we do not have a substitution policy to allow customers to perhaps search elsewhere for what they want. Generally, we issue refunds same day. I am happy you have received your refund and we do have a 100% Refund Policy for all our customers. We do our best to get what our customers want and if we cannot do it then we refund their money. I think people see a few reviews here and they do not understand that we service thousands of people daily so our track record is impeccable and we work really hard to maintain this. I am so sorry we could not get the orange roses for you as it was impossible.

Hello Clark, The sunflowers were not available by any of our partner florists and they were a crucial part of what you wanted. We cancelled your order same day to give a chance to maybe find them somewhere else, although highly unlikely because we tried so hard to find them for you. By the time you wrote this review your money was already back into your account and so please go look for your refund. I looked at our bank account and I see you were refunded immediately. Would you also please update this review as our refund was timely amd we really tried so hard to provide you with what you wanted but it was impossible. Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello, First, Id like to say that we do thousands of sales and so 10 reviews on Trustpilot is not reflective of the amazing service we provided to so many customers across America. Also, you were refunded immediately the same day of your cancellation and I have verified with our bank that the funds are back so please look for your refund. Id like to also respectfully say that this review is written in only 4 days after your purchase and you have not considered that the day of your purchase was a Friday and the banks are closed. You were actually refunded within the same business day. It was impossible to send the dozen red roses so late and believe me we tried really hard for you! We are deeply sorry for the non delivery but none of our local florist partners could get out there so late. We want to thank you for your understanding and appreciate that you gave us a chance to try this delivery for you. Thanks so muchhh

I'm wondering if maybe you made a mistake about who you ordered from? If you're sure you ordered from us, could you please tell me the last four digits of the card you placed your order?
